Sue is a seasoned executive who, in founding Solidware, is tackling the challenge of dramatically improving software quality in a software environment where lifecycles are shortened, bugs are costly, and scale and complexity are increasing exponentially. As CEO, Kunz leads the company’s vision and strategic direction, in addition to her focus on investor relations. Prior to founding Solidware, Kunz was the Director of Marketing and Business Development for the Microelectronics division of Sun Microsystems, as well as serving stints as Six Sigma Deployment Director and Outbound Marketing Director for Services. Before Sun, Kunz sold customized digital imaging solutions in Germany and held various product and strategic marketing positions at IBM, also in Europe. Her international stretch started as Kunz set up the European offices for Boulder-based startup, Precision Visuals, Inc., where she began her career as a software developer. Kunz is a 2001 recipient of the Tribute to Women and Industry Award from the YWCA Santa Clara Valley and graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Idaho.

Char Devich

Char brings over thirty years of experience in quality, business operations, marketing management, and banking operations to Solidware Technologies. A pivotal player in several of the Sun Microsystems divisions, including the services, processor, and microelectronics groups, Ms. Devich has been highly successful at team development and has managed budgets of up to $26 million. As Vice President of Savings Administration at Glendale Federal, Ms. Devich oversaw operations for a thirty-five branch network with more than 150 employees. She brings to the team proven leadership and solid execution through business acumen, people development, and process management. Ms. Devich has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a certificate in Total Quality Management.

Ahmad Zandi

Ahmad has over 16 years of experience in the computer industry. He was recently named to the Advisory Board for Multicore Expo 2008. Dr. Zandi began his career by doing database and storage compression at the IBM Almaden Research Center. He then moved to the Ricoh California Research Center where he made significant contributions in the areas of image and data compression. Prior to Solidware Technologies, Dr. Zandi spent 10 years at Sun Microsystems working on performance evaluation standards. As Sun's representative to SPEC and EEMBC, Zandi served as the chair of SPECmedia for several years. His latest responsibilities at Sun included the group management of technical and competitive intelligence for SPARC processors and servers. Dr. Zandi has doctorate degrees from University of California at Berkeley and University of California at Santa Cruz. He owns over 25 patents.

Paul Cattermole

For the past 15 years, Paul has been leading financial, operational and structural reorganizations. Also, he has assisted small and emerging companies in obtaining financing and establishing effective management systems. Most recently, Cattermole successfully turned around Boulder Scientific Company as the CEO of this specialty chemical company. Prior to this project, he worked out of Boston and was directly involved with approximately 25 restructurings in the US and Europe. One of these, Bird Machine Company, was judged one of this country's top 25 turnarounds in 1992 by the Turnaround Management Association. Also, he was named the project manager of USAID's revitalization of Bosnia's production program. Prior to this reorganization work, Paul held financial and operational management positions for several large multi-national companies, such as NL Industries (now part of Halliburton), Akzo Chemical, and Baker Hughes. Cattermole is a CPA, Certified Turnaround Professional, and trained as an ISO9000 Assessor. With a strong back ground in both accounting and operations, he has helped Jacuzzi, Miles Kimble and other companies establish management systems to deal with the Sarbanes Oxley compliance issues. Cattermole received his Bachelor Degree from Colorado University, with a major in chemistry, and his MBA from Loyola University (Chicago).

David Glander

David is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in software sales and account management. His experience includes taking start-ups from early product and early revenue to sustainable profitability. Glander's early-stage experience includes Adventure Central, ExpressDigital, XVT, Precision Visuals, Inc. (which he helped lead to a successful acquisition), and Evolving Systems, Inc. (where he was a member of the management team that launched a successful IPO). Mr. Glander was a member of the 1972 U.S. Olympic Team, as well as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps, where he was awarded a Top Security Clearance. Glander graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamline University, MN and has completed Executive Management Training at Harvard University.
